We have been reaping the benefits of modern technology in all areas of our lives. But too much of a good thing may not be so good after all. A recent study revealed that our average stress level caused by overdependence on technology has steadily risen in the past decade. As a result, more consumers are reporting disrupted sleep, anxiety, irritability, and fatigue and turning to self-care techniques to mitigate the effects of stress.
Acknowledging that the surging popularity of wellness stems partly from our need to live better, MIG made a strategic move to partner with HealthLand to tap into the rapidly growing market, and powering HealthLand’s vision to become a global wellness platform.
In a memorandum of understanding signing event held at Nexus Connexion Conference and Event Center, Bangsar South on 28 October 2018, the companies invited the public to be part of Malaysia’s most important business symposium that would shape the future of holistic well-being.
